Hawaiian King was established in 1978 as part of DFS Group, LP as an exclusive brand for DFS Galleria stores worldwide. In April 2010, the company was sold to Patrick Haddad. Hawaiian King Products are showcased at DFS Gallerias and is the #1 selling Hawaiian Brand in their Hawaii and Guam stores for chocolate covered macadamia nuts.

For over forty-two years Hawaiian King Candies has been Hawaii’s premier maker of chocolate-covered macadamia nut confections, macadamia nut cookies and roasted macadamia nuts. The company has earned a worldwide trust for consistently providing superb creations, especially its chocolate-covered macadamia nuts, using premium nuts grown and harvested on our Island Princess Orchard Estates on the Big Island of Hawaii and coated with rich chocolate made from our exclusive formulas.

Hawaiian King Candies and its sister companies, Island Princess and Coffees of Hawaii, produce a variety of confection, snack and coffee products under their house brands as well as private labeling for many clients.

Our Island Princess factory has been producing local confections and popular Hawaiian snack items for over 30 years. Island Princess is well known for consistently providing excellent quality and unique items for an affordable price.

Our Coffee Farm is located on the Island of Moloka’i where we produce Estate coffees under our Coffees of Hawaii brand. We grow, harvest, mill and roast our specialty premium coffees controlling every element from seed to cup.
