シークレット・アードヴァーク・トレーディング社は、2004年に創業したソース・調味料メーカー。
ポートランド・ファーマーズマーケットで自家製ソースを販売し大人気を博したのが起業のきっかけでした。現在、当社の製品はアメリカ国内二千店舗以上の食料品店、スペシャリティーストア、宿泊施設や飲食店に並ぶようになりました。美味しいお料理の味をさらに引き立たせ、食通の人々を喜ばせる逸品です。アメリカやカナダではAmazonを通してオンラインショッピング販売も行なっています。

ABOUT Secret Aardvark Trading Co.

We are a small operation in Portland, Oregon. We started peddling our sauces at the Portland Farmer’s Markets in 2004. Scott Moritz, the founder of Secret Aardvark lost his battle with pancreatic cancer in 2009. We are proud to continue his legacy by sharing unique, flavorful, and affordable sauces. Each recipe is carefully curated, testing different ingredients and flavors until we have the right balance. From an original line up of 10, we narrowed our product line down to three epic sauces: Aardvark Habanero Hot Sauce, Drunken Garlic Black Bean, and Drunken Jerk Jamaican Marinade. In 2018 we added our newest product, Serrabanero Green Hot Sauce.
We are now in over 500 roadhouses and eateries across the nation, proudly gracing tables where the food matters. We are in over 2000 retail locations, on Amazon, and sold thru our online store.
