ザ・アンスウィートゥンド・トゥース（The Unsweetened Tooth）のデザート、スイート製品は、健康志向の高い方々はもちろん、体質や持病などで糖分の摂取を著しく制限されている方々にも喜んでいただける砂糖不使用の食品。この製品が生まれたきっかけは、自身も含めそのような特別な健康上のニーズを持つ顧客の要望に応え、当社の創業者が砂糖を加えていないフルーツ・カードでも美味しいペイストリーを焼いてみたところ、大変美味しく出来上がることを発見したことにあります。2019年からは伝統的な英国流フルーツカードに加糖していない製品ラインを、2020年からはケトジェニック食事療法に沿った製品、グルテンフリー品目なども販売ラインに加えています。
私たちのモットーは、食事制限の有る無しに関わらず、多くの方々に喜んでいただける砂糖の類は一切加えなくとも、風味豊かで見た目も綺麗な美味しい製品を作り届けることです。

ABOUT The Unsweetened Tooth

I had been baking with cane sugar since childhood, and my cookies and cakes were enjoyed by my co-workers, family and friends. Suddenly, it became apparent I was on the verge of becoming a diabetic and needed stop eating sugar. This meant giving up sugar and completely changing my diet to avoid the negative health effects and medicines. Giving up sugary desserts was very difficult. I still wanted to bake for my friends. Therefore, started to experiment with alternative sugars.
Once was able to bake great tasting “No Sugar Added” desserts found that many of my friends also enjoyed the desserts. Now received requests to bake these desserts for others that had dietary restrictions.
The Unsweetened Tooth was born from these requests in 2016. It is a bakery which specializes in premium quality “No Sugar Added” pastries and fruit curds. Our focus is to provide those like myself who could not tolerate sugar, desserts which they could enjoy with other members of their family and friends. In 2019 we launched a “No Sugar Added” line of traditional English Fruit Curds. In 2020 we added Keto-friendly and gluten-free items to our product line.
Our passion is produce highest quality products which look and taste better than those which are made with natural or artificial sugars. Our customer testimonials of satisfaction come from people both with and without dietary restrictions.
